Due to the nature of the products and that some items will require finishing touches to your own specification before sending, the shop does not have a functional checkout feature.
Terms and conditions
Payment will be arranged by paypal or bank transfer. We will not be able to customize or ship your item until full payment is received.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer the service of paying cash on delivery at events, payment is required before the event to secure your item.
If your item is to be posted, we will calculate the cost in the most efficient way possible, taking your requirements into account.
Unless the product has a manufacturing fault, all requests for refunds and returns will be considered on a case by case basis. Items are often customized to individual requirements and should this be the case, reselling is often not an option, however materials and time have already been used to manufacture your required item.
Postage costs will not be refundable.
Any email received is not considered an obligation to purchase. Only once payment is received, is your order considered as placed.
Should any commissions be requested, please bear in mind that these will need to be completely designed and manufactured and as such, there will be a delay in the item being sent. Please state in your email if you require an item within a certain timescale, at which point you will be informed if this is possible.
All timescales for shipping and manufacture will be provided to you in a reply to any purchase enquiry received, howver will subject to payment being received promptly.
